CIRQUE DU SOLEIL “WHOOZA KOOZA” IN STILLWATER

ArtReach Alliance and Cirque Du Soleil have partnered to bring the “Whooza Kooza” crew to Stillwater to announce the arrival of KOOZA! The Whooza Kooza crew are a team of promotional performers who will be playing and clowning their way into the hearts of the people in Stillwater to celebrate and welcome Circue Du Soleil and their touring show. The Kooza Crew will be clowning around and interacting with visitors to Lowell Park from 5-7 p.m.. They pull in audience participation and take photos, which are on-line for free! KOOZA brings Circue Du Soleil back to the source, taking audiences on a thrilling journey through incredible acrobatics and raucous clowning. The Artists Discussion is a critique class designed for the working artist, as well as for beginning artists or those who just enjoy art. These two-hour sessions will include a structured art critique of 2D or 3D media art works and a discussion of related art topics. We will discuss 5-6 works of art at each session. Everyone is encouraged to bring art to be discussed, but it is not required.

The St. Croix Jazz Orchestra will perform swing classics--new and old--on the terrace of the Stillwater Public Library. The terrace overlooks downtown Stillwater and the St. Croix river.
